Day 38 - 7th April (Thu)

Breakfast - Yogurt (I do not think this one is low-fat! HK has very limited variety...) Muesli toast (got walnuts in it - cheating but really little..) Omelet 9 spring onion, onion, asparagus, mushroom, chili)
Snack 1  - Raspberry, Grapes
Lunch - Smoked salmon sandwitch
Snack 2 - Papaya

Had part of my dinner before going to gym - Yogurt

Dinner - Apple, Egg white
Snack - Okura & Myoga
